Boston’s leading underground rock club, the Boston Tea Party was something of a home from home for the Velvet Underground. Lou Reed even described it as his favourite place to play in the late ’60s.

This astonishing live set captures the quartet performing numerous tracks from their recently released self-titled third album, as well as epic renditions of I’m Waiting for the Man, Run Run Run, White Light/White Heat and Sister Ray.
